Every Day This Week

Surprisingly enough, clean and fairly gen, although the sequel is going to be smutty.

Pairing: 11-year-old SS/AF pre-slash, no erotic content

Warning: one reference to masturbation, non-graphic.

Rating: PG13

Required

Inspired by the "Filch challenge" on snape100: play off the scene where Harry sees Filch bandaging Snape's leg. I started to write a drabble, but it wouldn't stay a drabble.

Pairing SS/AF

Warning: BDSM, soppiness, underage POV (not exactly voyeurism)

Cure

I've always been entertained and amused by the Pornish Pixies community in Livejournal, and it's also a source of useful challenges (when they're not something I couldn't write to save my life, like femslash). The following sexual h/c story started out as Snape being told to cure an impotent boy, but the 'cure' took a twist from that in the writing of it. I've had huge fun with this, and it was the perfect corrective to The Story From Hell, which keeps getting stuck. Pairing: SS/NL

Warning: sexual h/c

Rating: NC17 (as usual)

Sans Merci

This is a story imagining a possible childhood for Snape. Then, while I was writing it, OOTP came out. After a while, this gave me an interesting idea. It is also a story about sexual discovery and seduction

This story has been sort-of up for a few days as I tried to work in the suggestions of the last beta. It's finished now (I hope). Pairing: SS/LM

Warning: OOTP spoilers all over the place, don't read unless you've read the book.
Warning: severe verbal domination/submission/humiliation.
Warning: chan (underage)

Warning: rather sadder than most of my stories. Am going to do a more cheerful sequel, as I feel sorry for the little bastard now. Rating: NC17

Edited

This took me a long time to sort out. An answer to Dixiebell's challenge, what if Harry was writing saucy comments on his essays he handed in to Snape?

Not as good as Sushi's one, in my opinion, but worth a chuckle. Had fun with the meta-commentary, which took ages to read up for and write.

Pairing: SS/HP

Warnings: 'schoolboy' fantasy all over it, but not what I'd call chan

Educational: This is a follow-on to Screaming Virgin, so you might want to read that first.

Not sure whether this was any good, and it hasn't had much feedback on list (my own silly fault for posting it the week the movie came out).

One person wants more (a reaction-shot from the end of the story) but I can't really figure out how to add it in the POV of the story, so it probably won't happen. The only way to do this would be to make another story. That probably won't happen. I fully intend to do one social-comedy story about reactions to Snape and Hagrid being an item, but it'll probably follow on from Size Queen instead of Screaming Virgin.

Kudos to Lexin, Gloria L, Mari and Fuchsia for turning up to my party and helping brainstorm this. They're to blame for some of the better lines, particularly the ones about Longbottom.

Pairing: SS/RH

Occasional Table: By myself and Fuchsia. Thanks to: Gloria L for the idea itself (a real doozy!), and everyone who was at my party (Lexin, Fuchsia and Mari) for further inspiration. This is the story in which Snape doesn’t turn into an occasional table. Intrigued? Read it. Thanks to the people on the Snape/Harry and Snapeslash lists for helping me work on my usual appalling continuity errors.

Photo Perfect: One of the two stories I’m proudest of at the moment. A serious (and funny) love story between Gilderoy Lockhart and Severus Snape, with an original plot imagining how this could come about that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Am working on sequel.

Pairing: Snape/Lockhart

Size Queen: The other story I’m proudest of at the moment. A lot of work has gone into it, and it shows. This takes the time and effort to build the relationship between Snape and Hagrid rather than assuming they’re friends in the beginning.

Pairing: Snape/Hagrid

Negotiation: A drabble.

Warnings: Drabble, musefic

Transvolitional: I have a tendency to write aphrodisiac stories in whatever fandom I'm in.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin

Warning: sex-toys (wand-play)

Note: Link put back, as 'critic' who disliked it apparently unprepared to give proper criticism, and probably Some Dim Troll. Tillytilly and Lexin, who recommended it, were actually coherent.

Juiced: A response to a SSFF challenge, greatly helped by some excellent lines from Lexin and B-the-Australian. Also helped by Ellen F., who pointed out the pacing/plot was wrong: she loved the noli-me-tangere element but felt it should have been apparent in the earliest sex-scene. I hate being told there's something wrong with my stories when they've already been archived (my own silly fault for not asking for a beta, probably). Anyway, slightly changed.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Harry Potter

Dirty Story: Don’t blame me for the distinctly kinky idea, I was kicking ideas around on IRC with Lexin and B, and this is what resulted.

I was bewailing the fact that I’d got a challenge for the SSFF (Severus Snape Fuh-q Fest) which involves skinny-dipping, since I don’t seem to have a wet-muse, and somewhere in there the idea of Snape being the sort of pervert that sniffs sweaty underwear turned up.

Warning: kink, underwear fetish. Played for laughs.

Filched: A response to a SSFF challenge (although I cocked up the POV, which ended up being about S's response to Filch rather than the other way round as in the challenge) about S as a boy and Filch. It's a story about the difference between kinky sex and moral evil, and about an odd, badly-socialised Snape as a boy.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Argus Filch

Warnings: spanking, whipping, ambiguous-consent.

Had Up on the Carpet: A response to a SSFF challenge about sex on a magic carpet. A sequel to Filched above. The tone's very different because the first story was Snape's reflections and this has more comedy and dialogue.

I haven't got another plot yet, but still intend to write a third Snape/Filch story. I think I'll call it: The Night has a Thousand Eyes (pauses for Ellen F. to giggle and/or groan).

You might want to read ccseeker's excellent Dark Beauty before reading this, as there is some reference to it in this story. It involves a lovelorn portrait (Sir Cadogan) and makes him a far more sympathetic character than the books do.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Argus Filch

Warnings: mild blood-play

Screaming Virgin: A response to a SSFF challenge for Snape/Hagrid and for the plotline: "odd couple in the Three Broomsticks". Not entirely sure story is successful as a Snape/Hagrid story - I feel much happier with Size Queen, although there are a few bits of the story I do like, including Snape's view of his own attitude towards the Defence Against the Dark Arts teachers, and Sprout's attitude to Voldemort's remains.

Have fixed whacking great continuity-error when pointed out to me: in this story I wrote Harry grown-up to write him out of the way, but I found the sex-ed story worked much better if Harry's generation were still at school to make jokes and rude remarks about. The sex-ed story is now finished and up, see top of page.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Rubeus Hagrid

Both Sides Now: Another SSFF challenge, which I had the devil of a job with considering it's something I normally write without thinking about. The problem is, I write “topping from below” very naturally, and I'd certainly used elements of it in both Juiced and Dirty Story. How on earth was I going to make it important enough to start another story?

Some time around this, while working on my “slash recommendations” pages, I was reminded of Speranza's excellent DS story Scrabble. Nobody had, as yet, done the same dual-POV trick in the HP fandom.

That would work very well if Snape liked to be (sexually but in no other sense) submissive, and one could see the opponent being dominant while essentially innocent and uncertain. Bingo! I had something to hang a story on.

It's had an, er, mixed reception, to my disappointment. Many people wrote to say they loved it, except for the formatting. I had moments when I hated it (usually slaving over difficult HTML code), but I do think it works. There are rich possibilities for humour in the different ways the two characters can see the same events.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Harry Potter

Shattered: Not a response to an SSFF challenge, for a wonder, but inspired by one.

Ailei's excellent and original Firefly got me thinking, and in a bout of insomnia I determined to write a response in poetic form. I was intending to write a smutty giggly piece of verse, but the following villanelle is what turned up. Elegiac, bittersweet, clean. Most unlike me.

Pairing: Severus Snape/Ollivander
